How to use it without turning it into a scoreboard
- Fill it in together, calmly, not after a fight.
- Assign whole chores: whoever owns laundry notices it, does it and puts it away, with no reminders.
- Write at the bottom what “done” means: half the arguments come from different standards.
- Decide what happens when a chore is skipped: it moves, it doesn't become a debt.
- Redo it after two weeks: the first version is always off somewhere.
Before assigning, it helps to know what each item weighs: the calculator estimates it in five minutes. Open the calculator.
